- We're a couple: He's a retired mechanical engineer and woodworker/wood carver and general handyman; she's a retired Army nurse and a stitcher and quilter. Both of us are enjoying our families, our retirement and our adventures while seeing this great big, beautiful country of ours with our two favorite dogs: a cocker spaniel, Mollie (10 months) and a bichon frise, Bijou (10 yrs).
